Dr. Joni Hale
Biography
Dr. Hale brings over 23 years of experience in the education field to her new role as the Special Education Assistant Principal for Barkley Elementary School located on Fort Campbell in Kentucky. Â In her most recent position as the Educational Technologist at Mahaffey Middle School, she demonstrated her leadership skills as the Continuous School Improvement Chair, Student Support Team Administrator Designee, and Case Study Committee member.
After graduating from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Dr. Hale pursued a career as a secondary Mathematics teacher. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Arts in Administration and Supervision as well as a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Â Throughout her career, Dr. Hale has been dedicated to working with at-risk students and those receiving special education services.
Dr. Hale is a military wife of 33 years and a military mom with two of her three children currently serving in the United States Army. She believes that being connected to the military signifies a deep commitment to service, sacrifice, and dedication to a cause rather than oneself. Â She has expressed that it is her honor to be a part of this community and to support the children of those who serve our country.
Dr. Hale is excited about the opportunity to collaborate with teachers and stakeholders of Barkley Elementary school and the Fort Campbell community. She believes that by working together, we can achieve remarkable results and make a positive impact.
